The Super Alcomat is an electronic, fully automatic hydrostatic balance designed to determine Alcoholic Strength by Volume (ASV) in the distillates of wine and spirits in 5 seconds.

The readout of the Alcoholic Strength by Volume is shown on a large graphic LED screen, simultaneously showing the temperature, density at 20°C, total dry extract, musts evaluation and other parameters.

The instrument features a sample holder cylinder with loading funnel and overflow, an automated cylinder discharge device and motorized floater movement. More information

Distilatoarele GIBERTINI sunt destinate determinarii gradului alcoolic in volume din vin, must si bauturi spirtoase , precum si a aciditatii volatile, conform metodei oficiale OIV ( Organizatia Internationala a Viei si Vinului ). Instrumentele sunt echipate cu panouri de control inteligente si cu generator de aburi integrat, cu coloana de demineralizare a apei si conectare directa la apa de robinet, fara a mai fi nevoie astfel de apa distilata. Timpul de executie pentru distilarea vinului ( 100 ml) este de doar 3 - 4 minute. More information
